By itself, it goes on beautifully when applied with the fingers, especially gently dabbed on your skin or lips. Focus on the high points of your face, like the top of your cheekbones, brow bones, and your cupid's bow. You can also dab some onto the center of your lids, along your brow bones, and in the inner corners of your eyes. Less is more. A pea-sized amount is all you really need for your whole face. Keep in mind that your skin's natural oils will enhance the face gloss. Do not use on top of powder products, since it can appear cakey. Use the warmth of your skin's fingertips and apply sparingly and blend out. All Over Shine is all about skin, so keep the rest of your beauty look minimal.  Use under All Over Color if you have dry lips.
